
I n the peaceful environment of our simple studio, we have time to fully understand your situation and approach it in a way that will be both effective and soothing. Massage doesn't need to be intense or painful unless you prefer it that way. The unhurried pace leaves room to incorporate whatever seems necessary, such as stretching, hot stones, essential oils, CBD, or magnesium.

Our studio is in a private home in a quiet little neighborhood. We have a parking place for you right by the door. Make your way up the steps to our red door and enter a space for healing.

Rachel has been in practice since 2007. She has trained in both Western and Eastern modalities and prefers a judicious mix of techniques for each individual. She has experience with a wide variety of injuries, both personally and professionally. Rachel welcomes your neck after you slept funny the other night, or your back after your deadlift PR which was fun but a bad idea.
